Why do I get an error after tapping your game icon/shortcut on my Pocket PC device?
If you installed the application onto a flash card,
an error mesage can result if that particular flash card is not in your device when you click the icon. The installation process puts the files needed to run that application on the external storage and if not presently in device when you click it will cause the error. Simply insert the flash card into your device before tapping the icon.

Selecting Cards seems to have game thinking I don't have right number/any cards selected...
When a card is selected, a thick outline in the theme color is drawn around the card. So an easy way to tell that a card is selected is that the card border, especially the left edge is thicker than the other cards. In some games such as Gin Rummy or Canasta, it may be even more important to check the left edge as the cards may get grouped closely together when you have a lot of cards. Most games allow a card to be selected and unselected repeatedly without consequence, so you could tap a card to detect if the card was or was not selected or tap all cards to reverse their selections.

I have a Macintosh with Mac OS X. Can I use your software on a Pocket PC based device?
If you email us ahead of time stating that you have a Macintosh Mac OS X, then buy our retail (cdrom based) products, we can arrange to email you the CAB files (compressed form of the products, like zip files) instead of sending cdrom packages. With Mac OS X you can use gzip or such decompression tools to unzip the files sent in email, copy the CAB files inside to a memory card (SD or Compact Flash), then when the files are avalable from the Pocket PC based device, simply click on them in Pocket PC File Explorer utility. You will have to assume the risk of doing this process, but it has shown a very high success rate of working!

Why do screens go by too fast?
Game screens that rely on button presses may be getting multiple key presses from the device which is an artifact of the "repeat" rate being too quick! On some MS Smartphones, try adjusting the 'Settings' -> 'Accessibility' -> "Multipress" time out to be 2 seconds such that multipress happens less often. Other devices have a similiar setting too.
Another solution is to set the animation speed slower. This is an in game setting usually on the 'Configure' menu under 'Appearance' menu tab.
